Everyone I have ever met is different and I have been brought up to think that there is some good in all of us.
This, my friends is the conundrum - if that is the case, what is it that makes me spit feathers, roll my eyes and crunch my gears just thinking about some other folks ?
... with Negative Attitude. Yes, we all have moments when we can't be bothered, for whatever reason, but if this is more than 40% of the time, you really need an attitude adjustment. It is hard work just being in the same room as you.
Things need doing, stop pretending you are busy (we all are), make the effort and get on with something.

Schedule - Do - Complete = Good Mantra.
... who Can't Empathise. A tricky one this, but my view has always been that people don't ask for things just to be awkward - they need something. Listen to what someone is after and help them if you can. Try to see things from their standpoint.
... who Have No Sense of Humour. There are some, take care when you are with them, for they will bring you down.
If I am still talking to you, you are not doing so bad...
