Rae Morris - Green Door Store, Brighton - 12 Sept 2014
I first saw Rae Morris supporting (second support, actually) Noah & The Whale at the Royal Albert Hall a few years ago. She is a singer-songwriter out of Blackpool in Lancashire. Rae has been releasing tracks steadily and her star is rising (says me). She is becoming more assured in her performance and I think she is a class act.
This was the second night of her headlining tour (the first, I believe).
A very lovely evening with able support from Paul Thomas Saunders.
The venue is small, dark and dank and unless you are right in the artist's face not really condusive to good amateur gig photography (particularly on a compact camera). These photos are what I could get on my Powershot SX240HS, so be kind before criticising the results too much.

In January 2015, Rae's debut album "Unguarded" was released. The promotional tour and I caught the show at the Electric, Brixton. A great night. << More here >>
Rae also played a set on the Park Stage at Glastonbury 2015
