Bellowhead, "That's All Folks - Farewell Tour",
Brighton Dome - 18 April 2016
with support from Mawkin
I have gone on record as saying that Bellowhead are big, brilliant and unique.
A folk band comprising 12 members, they make a truly glorious noise.
After 12 years, the main man Jon Boden has decided that he needs to go his own way.
As a band, they have decided that it has been a good run and that this would be their Farewell Tour before disbanding.
An evening of mixed emotions, excitement and sadness, this was a great gig at a lovely venue that I not been to before.
Good support from Mawkin who played a fine short set.
Lighting played merry hell with photography, but these photos were taken on my trusty Canon Powershot SX240HS.
