RHS Wisley Flower Show, 10 September 2017
Setting up this show stopped us doing what we wanted to at our last Wisley trip, but a Sunday morning visit made up for that - even with a roadside car tyre puncture wheel stealing 35 minutes.
I don't know what I expected, but it was a terrific show of displays.
We paid particular attention to the Dahlia tent (there is an Dahlia Association, you know).
There were crowds of people and it was busy, yet the parking was easy. It turned out that most people had come in coaches, which answered that conundrum.
With caramel lattes and avoiding the threatened rain, this was another enjoyable few hours in brilliant company.
These photos are from my trusty Canon Powershot SX60HS compact .
