Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, 29 April 2023
Jenny and her sister Sarah and partner Matt, got together and bought us three passes to visit the Royal Navy Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth. It is a pretty good deal as it allows access to all parts of the site for a year after the first visit.
Sea, Naval History, boats to clamber on, view and in my case hit my head on a few occasions.
Jenny and I went without Layla this time and went onto HMS Victory (sadly being renovated so some parts were unavailable) and also the Mary Rose, Henry VIII's flagship.
We'll be back to maybe revisit these and see the other exhibits later in the year.
These photos are from my Canon Powershot SX720HS compact.
