Wow. Ten days into the New Year. Seventeen since Christmas. On the raz over the festivities? No - so why am I feeling sooo tired?
Short answer - I just do not know. I don't feel like I have had much of a break - I have worked all the non-holiday and week days. I have been up to Uxbridge to work for two days but I can normally handle that. All I can guess is that the fragmented nature of the festive season has screwed my internal clock. Since 23 December : 2 days local / 2 bank holidays (Christmas lunch, then a bit of a battle to get to London on Boxing Day) / 1 day local / weekend / 2 days local (well 1 day and 7 hours) / 1 bank holiday / 1 day at Stockley Park / 1 day local / weekend / 2 days local / 1 day at Stockley Park / 1 day in London meeting about Mum's care / 1 day local. Now at least I have a weekend "off" to rest up. Next week is shaping up as 1 day local / 2 days at Stockley / 2 days local. It is true that I am bored with the relentless weather cycle, but that could have caused more damage so I should be grateful. That is enough moaning for this one. Back to Cubs on Monday, I need to leave my mood at the door. Wish me luck.
